Portland in Victoria’s south west boasts some stunning scenery. The best part of it is it’s all in the one spot! I stumbled across this diverse place on my way to
Perth and I can tell you I didn’t want to leave.
If you’re lucky enough, you may see some blue whales pass through the ocean here from November through till May, it is also home to the largest seal colony on the mainland of Australia. The blowholes and petrified forests here are a beauty of geological evolution and the windmills top off this stunning and diverse portion of Victoria.
